How Much Room Do You Need? is a one of a kind original painting by Noemi Safir from the series My Body Remembers You. A table dominates the composition, forcing two female figures to negotiate their bodies around the limited space available to them.
The painting explores how repeated adaptation can become physical instinct. Through compressed figures, altered posture and the domestic structure around them, Safir examines how relationships can determine who fits where, how much space each person occupies and what shape the body learns to take. The work asks when adaptation stops feeling temporary and begins to feel natural.
Each original painting is signed in the front and arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
