GENERAL

Customs & Duties

International shipments may include customs duties, local tax or administrative fees depending on your country’s policies.

The buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes, tariffs, or any additional fees.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to unpaid VAT/duties.

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care so that it arrives undamaged, and we recommend you handle your new artwork with care when framing and stretching.

If your package has been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally to resolve this.

Adverse Weather Conditions

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the world can be affected. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on carriers websites.

PRINTS

All prints are carefully rolled and packed in a tube and shipped out from the artist studio in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

A Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by the artist is included inside the package

Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. We highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious and professional unrolling of the artwork.

Estimated Shipping Time

Made-to-order items as prints may take between 2-4 weeks to ship (not including holiday periods). Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.  You can track the shipment using the tracking number on the carrier's website directly  (i.e. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). When shipping internationally, there may be custom delays. 

 

NOE MI 

Every item at NOE MI is made to order, crafted in our partner production studio in the UK. We ship worldwide using premium express couriers to bring your custom pieces to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Estimated Shipping Time

International orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT.
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA, Canada, Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Remote areas may require additional time or surcharges. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Address & Delivery Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

  • Orders shipped after 1:00pm EST cannot be updated for address changes.

  • PO boxes are not supported in the US.
