Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable nor can be cancelled after the payment for the order has been accepted.
Also we don't accept returns and cancellations on sale items or gift cards.
Damages, issues and refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, in case of any of the above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the certificate of authenticity and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all refunds due to damage are restricted to harm incurred prior to receiving the product; such as during shipment. We are not liable for any damages incurred once the edition is in your possession, this includes but is not limited to the defects that arise due to storage conditions, installation, use or maintenance of the work.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days from the date of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or after 5 days notice will not be accepted. The cost for shipping back the returned item will be paid by the buyer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the original amount paid for the returned item on your original payment method. Please notice that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes, tariffs, or any additional fees by your local government and these costs will not be refunded by us.
