Refund policy

PRINTS 

Each NOE MI print is a fine art piece, produced especially for you upon order. All prints are custom-made and printed on demand, using carefully selected materials and processes to preserve the integrity of the original artwork.

Because of this personalized process, prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or experience a significant production-related delay. Minor variations in color or texture, which are inherent to the print process, are not considered defects.

Should your print arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, including photos of the item and packaging, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, and delays caused by customs clearance do not qualify for a refund.

As each print is made-to-order, we are unable to accommodate refunds or cancellations for change of mind

At NOE MI, each piece is made to order - printed, cut, and crafted just for you. We work exclusively with high-end production partners to ensure exceptional quality and care in every product. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we kindly ask you to review the following policies:

Please note: As all of our custom printed scarves are handmade to order by real people, there will be some variance in the dimensions, measurements, and shape of the personalized silk scarf. A predictable amount of shrinkage is likely to occur, this is normal and to be expected, and will be more apparent in the natural fabrics. The average shrinkage is 2-8%. Due to the natural softness of the high-quality fabrics we use, the edges of your scarf may be wavy. 

Returns & Replacements

We accept return requests only in cases where the product arrives defective or incorrect.

To report an issue:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll work with you to offer a suitable resolution - which may include a replacement, partial refund or store credit.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Minor visual variations due to handcrafted production are not considered defects

Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty goods.
This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Typos or errors in text/design submitted by the customer in case of a personalized design.

We strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing your design thoroughly before placing the order

  • Contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about anything

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it for a full refund for the actual item price. Please nte that there is no refund for the shipping, duties and taxes. 

After 30 minutes, Your item will enter production.

Exchanges

We do not offer item exchanges
